1. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
Refunds, returns, or replacements are available under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery of the final service or product.
Refunds may be considered if the delivered service is not provided within the agreed timeline without valid reason, or if the final output is unusable due to failure to meet the mutually agreed specifications.
Replacement or redelivery of service will be provided free of charge if the delivered files are corrupted, inaccessible, or have technical issues such as poor format or quality.
Minor revisions are offered free of charge within 3 days of delivery, provided they fall within the original scope of work.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction caused by subjective preferences, changes in requirements after project completion, or failure to provide adequate instructions or files by the client.
2. Refund Process

The request should include the order reference number, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue along with any relevant supporting documents or screenshots.
Upon receiving the request, the team will acknowledge it within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 3 to 5 business days.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay, and may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in the client’s account depending on the payment provider. No cash or alternative payment refunds will be issued.
3. Limitations
Refund amounts will not exceed the amount originally paid for the service. Excessive or fraudulent refund requests may lead to suspension or refusal of future services. Clients are encouraged to communicate with Digital Solutions by JAM before initiating disputes via payment gateways to avoid delays or denial of refund eligibility.
