These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Website and services. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

Editing 24×7 provides professional digital editing services, including but not limited to:

• Photo editing

• Video editing

• Logo design

• Illustration and art editing

• Custom visual projects

All services are delivered digitally via email or downloadable links. We do not offer physical delivery or tangible products.

2. User Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old.

• Are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

• Will provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.

3. Order Placement and Process

To place an order, users must:

• Select a service or package

• Provide complete project instructions and necessary files

• Complete payment via Razorpay (includes support for UPI, Amazon Pay, Wallets, Cards, etc.)

Upon payment confirmation, your project will enter our queue. The turnaround time will be communicated during or after order confirmation and varies depending on service type.

Incomplete briefs or missing files may cause delays and will not be eligible for refunds under our policy.

4. Payment and Pricing

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. We are a freelancer-registered business and do not issue GST invoices.

Prices listed on the Website are inclusive of applicable Razorpay fees and subject to change without prior notice. Discounts, coupons, and offers may be applied at the time of checkout if available.

5. Revisions and Delivery

• We offer up to 2 minor revision rounds for most services unless otherwise mentioned.

• Revisions must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• Final delivery is made via email or downloadable link and is deemed complete once delivered.

Additional revisions, beyond the scope, may be subject to extra charges.

6. Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Our detailed refund and replacement policy is available at Refund Policy. In summary:

• Refunds are only offered within 7 days of delivery under qualifying conditions.

• Replacements/redelivery is offered in cases of technical issues or unusable files.

• Revisions are provided free within reasonable limits.

Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Fraudulent or excessive refund requests may result in service denial.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital content created under a confirmed order is the intellectual property of the client once fully paid for. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects (with permission) for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the client explicitly opts out.

Clients agree that they own or have rights to all content provided to us (e.g., photos, logos, videos) and indemnify us against any third-party claims regarding such content.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website or services to:

• Upload or share harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission.

• Disrupt the website’s security or operations.

• Submit fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods.

Any abuse or misuse of services will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Editing 24×7 and Digital Solutions by JAM shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Delays in delivery due to user error or incomplete inputs

• Misuse of the final files after delivery

• Temporary website outages or service disruptions

• Issues caused by third-party platforms like Razorpay, hosting providers, or communication tools

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the respective service.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information will never be sold or shared without your consent, except where required to process payments or comply with the law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
