At Editing 24×7, operated by Digital Solutions by JAM, we deliver digital services— including photo editing, video editing, logo design, and custom artwork. All final files are delivered electronically via email or downloadable cloud links.

1. Delivery Method

All services are delivered digitally through:

• Email (to the address provided at checkout or via WhatsApp)

• Downloadable link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar)

2. Delivery Timelines

• Delivery time is based on the type of service and project scope.

• Standard projects are delivered within 1–5 business days after full payment and receipt of project materials.

• Turnaround time is clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Delay Policy

Delivery may be delayed if:

• The client fails to provide complete instructions or necessary files

• There are unforeseen technical issues (in such cases, you will be notified immediately)

4. Urgent Delivery Requests

We offer priority delivery for select projects. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance to request an urgent turnaround.

5. File Access

Delivered files will be accessible for at least 30 days post-delivery. Clients are advised to download and save their files promptly. We do not guarantee permanent hosting after delivery.
